Salad:
5 cups chopped Chinese cabbage
3/4 cup sliced or shredded daikon radish
1 1/2 cups chow mein noodles (the crunchy ones)
1 cup crushed peanuts
1/4 cup sesame seeds
Dressing:
2 Tablespoons rice vinegar
4 Tablespoons sesame oil
3 Tablespoons tamari
1 Tablespoon honey
1/2 - 1 teaspoon dry mustard powder
Combine cabbage, daikon radish, chow mein noodles, peanuts, and sesame seeds in a large bowl. Mix the dressing ingredients together in a separate bowl. Pour in a little bit of dressing over the salad and toss. Repeat until the salad has enough dressing to suit your taste.
