Sift together the dry ingredients. Combine the Egg Replacer, soy milk, and vegetable oil seperately, then add about half the liquid to the dry ingredients and mix well. (If using blueberries, add these now.)
Keep adding the rest of the liquid ingredients and mixing well, but take care not to the let the batter get too runny - it must form a circle on your griddle.
Bring your griddle or frying pan to medium-high heat (approx. 380° F.). Grease the pan or griddle with margarine. Use about 1/3 cup batter for each pancake and cook until bubbles form on top. Turn the pancake over and continue frying until golden brown.
